The original notices are retained in licenses/Z-ANATOMY.txt. CHANGES / DERIVATIVES The anatomical atlas meshes were decoded, regionally extracted, transformed to the human reference frame, non-uniformly fitted, weighted and posed with the patient. The original MakeHuman authored skin topology was subdivided, statically compressed at mattress contact, and locally corrected by at most approximately 6.4 mm around the atlas. The green drape, old analytic patient and old analytic pelvis are not included. Skin colour variation and normal texture: small original procedural textures. Eye albedo: MakeHuman core brown_eye.png, CC0, from the same project as the eye mesh. One rigged GLB is delivered with original source names and separate skin/muscle/bone tags. Signed distance grids are derived from the evaluated posed meshes in that GLB. Patient.glb and the associated atlas-derived field data are distributed under CC BY-SA 4.0; the original MakeHuman component assets remain CC0. This is an asset collection; these notices do not relicense the rest of the website's independently written application code. The GLB and field files can be downloaded next to this notice. SCIENTIFIC LIMITATIONS Registration is geometric and has not been clinically validated. The subjects of the source body and source anatomy differ. Source atlas landmarks are adapted to this pose. Cortex and marrow are distance-based inner zones of the imported hip surfaces; they are not a CT-segmented cortex or a histological marrow volume. The display pose, resistance values and aspiration model are pedagogical parameters, not validated procedural advice. The data must be regenerated if the patient pose changes. No risk-structure/safe-zone validation is claimed. The remaining body has no complete internal dissection model. Three.js / GLTFLoader / BufferGeometryUtils: MIT licence, original notice in ../../../sculpture/vendor/LICENSE-three.txt. Author: three.js contributors. Blender 4.2.23 LTS was used offline; Blender is not bundled or required in the browser. RUNTIME POSITIONING CHANGES (0.10.0) The original GLB, source Blender file and binary fields remain unchanged. The website adjusts pelvic skin weights and regional atlas weights in memory, uses the existing MakeHuman joints for bounded IK, and transforms the registered pelvic distance fields together with the pelvis. Regional atlas muscle lengths are not independently simulated. These derived atlas display changes retain CC BY-SA 4.0; original MakeHuman components retain CC0.
